What to include
For a Guide correction, include the Guide title or URL, the sentence or step that may be wrong, what you believe changed, and a current official source when available.
For an image-rights request, include the page URL, image caption and the basis of the request. For a privacy request, explain which interaction or message is involved and what action you are requesting.
Do not email sensitive information
Do not send passwords, authentication codes, passport or identity-document numbers, payment or bank details, full booking references, detailed medical records, or another person’s private information. Do not attach a screenshot until we confirm that it is necessary and safe to receive.
Response expectations
We review the mailbox regularly, with urgent safety-related factual errors prioritized. We do not promise an individual response time or emergency assistance.

Other requests
We do not accept paid link insertion, undisclosed sponsored coverage, copied guest posts or requests to change a factual conclusion in exchange for payment. A legitimate partnership request must identify the company, relationship and requested disclosure clearly.
