I lost my passport
First: Secure any remaining ID, cards and phone, then contact your embassy or consulate.
- Report the loss through a nearby police station or the Korean National Police LOST112 system.
- Ask your embassy or consulate what it needs for an emergency or replacement travel document.
- Do not assume a photocopy is valid for travel. Confirm the next step with the embassy, carrier and immigration authority.

My card was declined
First: Stop repeated attempts if the same terminal keeps rejecting the card.
- Ask whether the merchant accepts another card or cash.
- Try one backup card only after checking the amount and currency on the terminal.
- Contact your card issuer through the number or app you already trust. Never share a PIN or one-time code with a stranger.

My eSIM is not working
